1.  I've forgotten my login info and password.  What should I do?

    • Click on the little person in the top right corner, and click forgot password. 
    • Enter your email and follow the next steps.
    • Password not accepted?   Your password must meet the following requirements to be accepted:
        • 12 characters or more
        • both upper and lower case letters
        • at least one number
        • at least one of the following special characters: #?!@$%^&*- 
        • no spaces

2. How do I find the contact information of a Member?

    • Log in to the web site - https://probusbythebay.ca/
    • Click “About Us” on the banner
    • Click “Membership Directory”
    • In the Search window type the person’s first or last name
    • The person you are looking for will be displayed – click on the name and you will see the member’s contact information.

4. How do I register and pay for an Event or join a waitlist?

5. I am logged in but I can't see the invoice to pay. Where can I find it?

6. Can I pay for an event any other way besides a credit card?

No, the only way a member can pay for registration to an event is online by credit card – Visa, Master Card or American Express


7. If my plans change and I can't go to the event I registered and paid for, how do I get a refund?  

Generally refunds are not given; however, speak to the Organizer of the event.

Members are encouraged to:

    • Sell their ticket to another Member.
    • Check with the Organizer to see if there are any Members on the waitlist.
